I hereby specifically warrant unto and to all subsequent parties that all information supplied regarding this contract and the horse consigned is true and correct. I have read this contract and fully understand it and agree this horse will appear at the sale and I will be responsible for all applicable fees. If applicable, I consent to the electronic display of radiographs that I voluntarily submit to The Western Classic and allow The Western Classic to utilize them in a fashion to help with the sale of the consignment. Furthermore, I understand that in addition to the consignment fee, I am responsible for the Sales Commission OR $1,000.00 (whichever is greater) if this horse is refused by the buyer for an undisclosed warranty or limited warranty in the conditions of the sale that are designated to and that i have consigned to.

I herby specifically warrant unto and to all subsequent parties that all information supplied regarding this contract and the cattle consigned is true and correct. I have read this contract and fully understand it and agree this cattle will appear at the sale (on video or live) and I will be responsible for all applicable fees. Furthermore, I understand that in addition to the consignment fee, I am responsible for the Sales Commission of 3% OR $20 per head minimum charge (whichever is greater). No sale fees are $5 per head. Also the consignor warrants that all cattle are free of liens and/or any encumbrances, UNLESS documentation is in possession by The Western Classic that states cattle are allowed to be sold.
