The Western Classic is an event like no other, where we’ll celebrate the cowboy way of life and western heritage!
The Western Classic features a top of the line horse sale, a ranch horse competition, dog trials, video replacement cattle sale and the best shopping for the western lifestyle! Friday night will feature concerts for everyone to enjoy! There will also be a free dinner on Friday night and food trucks available all weekend.

Consignment Information
It has been our dream to bring a horse sale to the public where we all stand behind each and every one of the horses that are consigned. All consignors participating in the ranch horse competition have owned and used their horses on a daily basis!
Accepting NO more than 100 head of horses, including the competition ranch horses.
ALL consignments are DUE BY MARCH 14TH of that sale year!
Professional pictures need to be submitted along with videos. Videos may be sent via YouTube link or we can upload to our YouTube channel.
There is an OPTIONAL 30 day guaranteed session during the sale. If you would like to be, it needs to noted on the consignment form so it can be put in the catalog.

Ranch horse competition slots need to be bought by March 1 of that sale year and ranch horse competition horses need to be nominated no later than March 1 of that sale year as well.
Slots: $150 per slot
Consignment Fee for RHC: $500 with $100 of that going to the jackpot!
Commission: 9%
P.O. Fee for ranch horse competition horses only: $150
A pre-purchase exam is recommended but not required. All horses MUST have an up-to-date coggins and health certificate upon arrival. NO horse will be allowed on property without proper documentation!

3% commission on gross sales OR $20 per head, whichever is greater. NO SALE charges are $5 per head.
Ranch Horse Competition
Slots are $150 each and due when slot forms are submitted.
Slot Forms are transferable until March 1 of the year it is designated for. $10 office fee for each transfer of slots.
Owner of slot may sell the slot as many times as needed AND may charge the amount the slot owner chooses.
Owner of slot DOES NOT have to designate a horse to be consigned until March 1 of the sale year.
Once a horse is designated, the slot transfers with THE horse nominated with that slot.
The slot fee DOES NOT include catalog fees, consignment fees, percentage fees of final sales or any other fees/cost pertaining to the sale. Those fees/cost are separate.
